Glossary

The glossary allows you to define business terms, as well as their plural forms and synonyms: the glossary is located at the Information System level so that it can be shared between all Applications.

When a glossary term is used in one of the text areas of ReqBuilder (as well as a plural or synonym), contextual help is provided to you during input.

The system searches in real time if the first letters of a word being written correspond to one or more glossary entries. When this is the case, the list of corresponding glossary entries is displayed so you can select one. This allows the entered text to appear as a concept that has been precisely defined, which reduces the risk of confusion between similar or ambiguous terms.

The terms in the glossary appear in a special format to make it easier to find them, and even easier to find those that are not defined.
