Vocabulary and concepts

ReqBuilder is based on the concepts of the UML description language. With ReqBuilder, functional specifications are structured with strong relationships between the different specification concepts, called « requirements”.

Note: 'requirements' are not limited to 'functional requirements' or 'non-functional requirements'. These are two types of requirements, just like 'data models', 'features', 'use cases', or 'forms', for example. The different functional specification concepts are all types of requirements and are referred to as such in this documentation.

ReqBuilder allows you to specify different Applications that belong to the same Information System. Requirements common to different applications are managed at the information system level:
